About the Company :
Shiva Cements is a Rourkela based cement company is an integrated cement maker and operates a 300 tpd clinker capacity and a grinding unit with a capacity of 130,000 tpa. ACC has 15% stake in Shiva Cements and is likely to increase it to 25%. Shiva Cements also sell ACC cement in West Bengal and in some pockets of north-eastern India.
In February 2017, JSW Cement has acquired 37.16 per cent stake from the promoters of Shiva Cement for Rs 97 crore.
