Megha Fibre Glass Industries Ltd was incorporated in December 2006 and it is a part of Hyderabad based Megha group. MFGIL is engaged in the manufacture of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Pipes and Glass Fibre Reinforced Eproxy (GRE) pipes and also undertakes contracts for supplying and laying pipes mainly in the field of water supply and irrigation. MFGIL also has set up resin manufacturing plant (in July 2011), as a part of backward integration, at the existing factory location.
The Megha group, belonging to Mr. P. P. Reddy and Mr. P. V. Krishna Reddy, is amongst one of the major players in the construction segment in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana. The group has a number of companies involved in the business of construction, manufacturing of pipes, media and is also setting up a thermal power plant in Tamil Nadu.
