About the Company :
Vishwa Glass And Ceramics Pvt Ltd started operations in the year in 1946 by Maheshwari Family in Mumbai, VGCPL was initially engaged in trading of ceramic tile and other sanitary-ware items and manufacturing of ceramic industry intermediates. Subsequently, in 2008, VGCPL was taken over by Thakkar family (of Himmatnagar) and Patel family (of Morbi). It is now a part of the Himmatnagar-based Astron group, which is engaged in the manufacturing of ceramic intermediates and glass bottles. VGCPL is currently engaged in the manufacturing of ceramic glaze frit with a total installed capacity of 26,280 Metric Tonne Per Annum (MTPA) as on March 31, 2020. The manufacturing facility of VGCPL is located at Jambusar in Bharuch, Gujarat.
