Hills Cement Company Ltd. is one the largest cement manufacturer in North-East India with a capacity of 1 million ton per annum. Its plant is located in Jaintia Hills district of Meghalaya on more than 200 acres land.
HCCL proposes to produce around 1 million tonnes per annum of different types of cements like Ordinary Portland Cement – 43 & 53 Grade and Portland Pozzolana Cement. It also propose to install a captive thermal power plant of 10 MW to become cost competitive.
