About the Company :

Binani Cements is a flagship company of Braj Binani group and it has subsidiaries in Dubai (Binani Cement Factory LLC) and China (Shandong Binani Rongon Cement Company Ltd). It has a fully integrated cement plant at Sirohi in Rajasthan. Currently, its capacity is standing at 6 mtpa. The company also has a 25 MW captive power generation unit.

In November 2017, the company has initiated insolvency proceedings and the same has been admitted in NCLT. There are more than 15 firms in fray to acquire the assets of the company.
