Alcon group companies had been associated with ACC for a long time. Now ACC has 40% stake which was bought at a value of Rs.2250 million. The company has a 500 tpd clinker grinding and cement packing plant. Alcon will get clinker for its grinding from ACC Wadi plant and slag is procured from Sesa Goa /Aparant Iron/Tata Metalliks plant. The company is also a pioneer in RMC by setting up its first plant in Kundaim in Goa and its second plant in Nessai Industrial Estate near Margoa. It also manufactures micro fine cement for faster setting in tunnels, caverns, mines etc.,
