About the Company :

BMM is a INR 2000 Crores company and it is the first company which first mining company to establish a power generation plant for captive use, and creating a steel plant from the captive ore mine. The company has also ventured into cement manufacturing in 2009. The company produces ordinary portland cement, portland blast furnace slag cement and portland Pozzolana cement. OPC has two principal grades that are classified and differentiated by their compressive strengths namely 43-grade and 53-grade and Blended Cements by PSC and PPC.

According to reports Sagar Cements has bought the entire equity stake in BMM Cements for an enterprise value USD 90 million. Sagar Cement Ltd Board has given its in-principle approval.
