About the Company :
Narmada Cement Company became a subsidiary of UltraTech Cement under a scheme of arrangement for de-merger of cement business of Larson & Turbo in 2005. According to the scheme, Narmada Cement Company was amalgamated with Ultra Tech Cement and the assets of the former were transferred to the later. Now the company is a part of the Aditya Birla Group. In 1977, Narmada Cement Company was incorporated to the manufacture portland cement.
