About the Company :
Vishwamber Cements Limited (VCL) was incorporated in July 2007 as a manufacturing arm of VRVS Group. Its main object is to set up a cement plant with different product mix and trade in them. It is promoted inter alia by VRVS, VV Balakrishnan, T N Vishwamber and V B Manoj as core promoters. The other promoters of VCL are Sri Subramania Nagarajan, Dr. C Narasimhan, Cardiologist, Sri Nirav D Shah, prominent Businessman and Sri K Mohan Rao, Cement specialist.
