Singo Industries Ltd is planning to set up a cement production plant in Sarutari village in Sonapur Tehsil in Kamrup district of Assam. The project involves setting up of 200 tpd clinker unit based on vertical shaft kiln technology and a cement grinding unit with a capacity of 600 tpd.
The land area acquired for the proposed plant is 1.287142 Ha which has been acquired. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 163 million.
