Dalmia Cement (Bharat) is planning to set up a captive power plant at Kokanhalli village in Hoshalli Taluk in Gulbarga district of Karnataka. The project involves setting up a 4.0 mtpa cement plant, a 40 MW captive power plant. The project cost is estimated at Rs…10273.6 million. The project has received statutory clearances.
As of December 2016, the company is awaiting mining lease agreement with the state government.
