The company has an Integrated Greenfield Cement Plant established as a Major Cement Plant with 3000 TPD capacity in the first phase and expandable up to 6000 TPD in the second phase with single Kiln. This review emphasis on various sea shells ash such as cockle, clam, oyster, mollusc, periwinkle, snail, and green mussel shell ash as partial cement replacement and its objective is to create sustainable environment and reduce problems of global warming.

Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) powder is a common filler in many industries, including in the cement industry where it is mainly used in the production process. The sea shells are high potential materials to become partial cement replacement and filler in concrete.

The calcium carbonate (CaCO3) in the sea shells is more than 90% and is similar to the contain of calcium carbonate in the limestone dust that been used in the Portland cement production Impressively, the crystal structures of seashells are largely composed of calcite and aragonite, which have higher strengths and density than limestone powder. Also, the particle size of seashells is between 36μm to 75μm and are similar to the particle size of Portland cement.

A novel calcium carbonate cement system that mimics the naturally occurring mineralization process of carbon dioxide to biogenic or geologic calcium carbonate deposits was developed utilizing carbon dioxide-containing flue gas and high-calcium industrial solid waste as raw materials. The calcium carbonate cement reaction is based on the polymorphic transformation from metastable vaterite to aragonite and can achieve >40 MPa compressive strength.
Due to its unique properties, the calcium carbonate cement is well suited for building materials applications with controlled factory manufacturing processes that can take advantage of its rapid curing at elevated temperatures and lower density for competitive advantages.
Commercials of Supply are: – Rs.7,200/-per tonne, [Rupees Seven thousand Two Hundred Only] Transport shall be borne by the customer/buyer and the Cess Tax of Transport will be borne by us. Other Taxes will be extra as applicable. [Negotiable].
