Shree Cement is planning to set up a cement grinding unit in Prabatpur and Digha villages, Raghunathpur taluka in Purulia district of West Bengal. The company plans to set up a cement grinding unit with a capacity of 5.0 million tpa with an investment of Rs. 6000 million.
The new unit will also have a captive power plant of 20 MW which will use coal and petcoke as fuel.
