ACC Cement has resumed operations in its Bargarh cement plant in Orissa. Its limestone mining operations were stopped following closure order of state government following Supreme Court directive on mines under deemed renewal. Now with ordinance of union government, the mines have started operations. In the meanwhile, Bargarh Cement has continued grinding operations while suspending clinker production.
